One of our aims in 2001 is to start using total quality management. In order to achieve this, our establishment, which has been supporting kalder's national quality movement since december,2000, has started its first self evaluation process by taking efqm perfection model as a basis in march,2001. As a result of self evaluation, the areas appropriate for improvement are designated and improvement studies will be started. In parallel to these studies, process management project and the studies for the satisfaction of the staff and customer are continuing as well.
